Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Welcome to WallAura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and WallAura ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of everything we offer, whether you reach us through our web app or our mobile app.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using WallAura, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use WallAura.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms cover the full WallAura service (the "Service"), which includes two products:

By accessing or using either product, creating an account, or making a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you are using WallAura on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What WallAura Is

WallAura is a creative tool with two surfaces:

WallAura is built for creators. It is a tool, not a publisher, of the content you make. The quality, accuracy, and suitability of AI output depend on the inputs you provide and on the third-party models that perform generation.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location, and at least the minimum age required by the app stores and our payment processors, to use WallAura. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

An account is required to use the web studio and to store your library. You create an account using an email address and authentication, and you stay signed in through a session. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WallAura, on either the web or mobile, to create, upload, or distribute content or to take actions that:

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these rules or the policies of our underlying providers.

5. Uploaded Content and Likeness Consent

To generate content you may submit text prompts, upload source images (which may include images of people and faces), and upload motion reference video clips. You are responsible for everything you upload.

If your uploads include the likeness of a real person, you confirm that you hold the rights and the consent needed to use that likeness. We may ask you to confirm that you have this consent, but doing so does not relieve you of this responsibility, and we do not independently verify it on your behalf. Content limits and restrictions vary by model and by provider, and a given upload or prompt may be allowed by one model and blocked by another.

6. Third-Party AI Models and Providers

AI generation on WallAura is performed by third-party models. The models offered include Kling 3.0 (Kuaishou), Veo 3.1 (Google), Seedance (ByteDance), Nano Banana and Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4.5, GPT Image 2 (OpenAI), Wan 2.6, and Motion Control.

These models are reached through third-party AI aggregators, namely KIE (kie.ai) and PiAPI. To perform generation in both the web studio and the mobile app, your prompts, uploaded images, uploaded reference clips, and the generated outputs are sent to these aggregators and the underlying model providers, where they are handled under their own terms and policies. By using the Service you authorize this processing.

7. AI-Generated Content, Ownership, and Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the underlying model providers, you keep the rights you have in the images and video clips you generate with WallAura. You may use them commercially, including to post and promote content as a creator.

You are responsible for the prompts you write, the media you upload, and how you use the outputs you generate. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable, and we do not guarantee its quality, accuracy, or appropriateness. We may filter or block prompts, uploads, or outputs that violate these Terms or the policies of the underlying providers.

8. Credits

AI generation consumes credits. The exact cost of a render is shown before you start it. There are two kinds of credits:

Credits are reserved only when a render starts. If the provider job fails or is canceled, the held credits are returned to your account. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and the credit cost of a given model or feature may change over time.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

WallAura is paid for through two paths, depending on where you use it.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You manage cancellation, renewal, and any refunds through the processor or store that handled your purchase, subject to its rules. WallAura never stores your full payment-card numbers. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service; purchases you make through their stores are also governed by that store's own terms.

10. Curated Wallpapers (Mobile)

The wallpapers in the mobile app's curated library are sourced from public collections, licensed content, or AI generation. These curated wallpapers are provided for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the curated wallpapers from the app.

This restriction applies only to the curated wallpaper library. It does not apply to the images and video clips you generate yourself in the studio, which you may use commercially as described in Section 7.

11. Account Library and Storage

For web accounts, your generated images and clips, along with your prompts, settings, and credit balance, are stored on our servers as part of your account library. This lets you return to your work across sessions and devices.

We do not guarantee that stored content will be retained indefinitely, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important to you. If your account is closed, your stored library may be deleted, as described in Section 15.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and the WallAura name and logo across both the web app and the mobile app, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our permission.

This section does not affect your rights in the outputs you generate, which are governed by Section 7, or the terms that apply to the curated wallpapers under Section 10.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, that AI outputs will meet your expectations, or that any defect will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallAura will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost credits, or losses related to AI outputs, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, on either surface, if you violate these Terms or the policies of our underlying providers, or to protect the Service and its users.

If your account is terminated or you close it, your stored library and any remaining subscription allowance credits may be deleted and are not recoverable. Non-expiring top-up credits have no cash value and are not refundable on termination. You can stop using the mobile app at any time by deleting it from your device. To close a web account, contact us at the address below.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the Service.

17. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
