Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WallAura mobile application ("App") operated by WallAura ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Using WallAura

WallAura is a wallpaper app that lets you browse curated wallpapers and generate new ones using AI. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use automated tools to access the App or its API
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
• Use the App in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure

2. Credits System

Some features in WallAura require credits. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation or other credit-based features.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Unused credits do not roll over between subscription periods unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for features at any time
• Credits granted as part of a free trial may be forfeited if the trial is not converted to a paid subscription

3. Subscriptions and Payments

WallAura offers a premium subscription ("WallAura Premium") processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By subscribing:

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods — refund requests must go through Apple or Google

Free trial offers are available for new subscribers only. One free trial per Apple ID or Google account.

4. AI-Generated Content

WallAura uses third-party AI models to generate wallpapers from your text prompts. By using AI generation:

• You own the wallpapers you generate for personal use
• You are responsible for the prompts you submit — do not submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated images
• AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected results — we are not liable for such outputs

We reserve the right to block or filter prompts that violate these Terms.

5. Curated Wallpapers

Wallpapers in the WallAura library are sourced from public collections, licensed content, or AI generation. They are provided for personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit wallpapers from the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The WallAura app, its design, branding, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WallAura is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free, always available, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallAura and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including lost data, lost credits, or any other loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WallAura at any time if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
