WallAura ("we", "our", or "us") is a wallpaper app that lets you discover, generate, and set wallpapers on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using WallAura, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Text prompts you enter to generate wallpapers (processed by our AI provider to create your image)
• Preferences and settings you configure in the app

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Crash logs and error reports (to fix bugs)
• General usage patterns (which features are used, how often)
• A randomly generated device identifier used to track your credits balance

Subscription and payment information:

• Purchase history and subscription status (managed by RevenueCat and Apple/Google)
• We do not store or process your payment card information — all payments go through Apple App Store or Google Play

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI wallpapers from your prompts using third-party AI models
• To track your credits balance and subscription status
• To fix bugs and improve app performance
• To understand which features are most useful
• To communicate important updates (we do not send marketing emails without your consent)

3. Third-Party Services

WallAura uses the following third-party services that may collect data under their own privacy policies:

• fal.ai — AI image generation. Your text prompts are sent to fal.ai to create wallpapers. See fal.ai's privacy policy for details.
• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management. RevenueCat tracks your purchase history and subscription status.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing. All in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
• Expo / React Native — App framework that may collect anonymized crash and performance data.

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Most of your data (wallpapers, settings, credits) is stored locally on your device. We store minimal information on our servers — primarily subscription status synced via RevenueCat.

AI-generated wallpapers are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after delivery. Your prompts may be retained temporarily by our AI provider for safety and quality monitoring purposes.

We use standard security practices to protect any data we do handle, but no system is 100% secure. Use the app at your own risk.

5. Children's Privacy

WallAura is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

• The right to know what data we hold about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of data collection where possible

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of WallAura after changes means you accept the updated policy.
